Firstly, please send us an inquiry to tell us your requirement on our website or through email, whatsapp or skype, etc. Then we will send you feedback with our proposal, products and quotation. You will be requested to send us the payment after our deal. And when the payment comes we will arrange the production and send you the goods by air or by sea.

일반적으로 우리의 지불 기간은 선적 전 T/T 30% 예금 및 잔액입니다. 소액(예: 500 USD 미만)의 경우 Paypal, Western Union 또는 MoneyGram을 통해 결제할 수 있습니다. 단, 고액의 경우 은행 송금도 가능합니다. 우리는 USD, Euro, GBP, RMB, HKD, YEN 등 다양한 종류의 통화를 허용합니다.

일반적으로 샘플의 배송 시간은 1-3일이며 일반 주문은 실제 주문 수량에 따라 5-15일입니다. 우리는 실제 상황에 따라 항공 특급(도어 투 도어), 일반 항공 화물(현지 공항까지), 해상 화물(현지 항구까지) 또는 일부 특별 배송 방법으로 배송을 준비할 것입니다.

The lifespan of our LED lights can reach 50,000 hours in theory. But the actual lifespan will be influenced by the actual environment temperature, humidity and the using habit of the end user. According to our experience, our LED lights can be used from 6 to 10 years or more.

Normally we provide 3 or 5 years warranty. During the warranty period, we will send you new products or new parts for replacement if there are any failures. You can come to us whenever you meet any problems.
